For most Seattle homes, twice a year — once in spring after the pollen drops, once in fall before the rain ramps up. Houses near trees or busy streets benefit from quarterly passes.
Concrete (driveways, sidewalks, patios), pavers, stamped concrete, brick, fences, decks, retaining walls, and vinyl/fiber-cement siding via soft wash. If you're unsure about a surface, send a photo — we'll tell you straight.
That's most of our roof work. We use a low-pressure approach that lifts moss without tearing up shingles, then leave you with a maintenance plan so it doesn't come back as fast.
Not for exterior-only jobs. For interior window cleaning, we'll need access. Either way, we walk the property with you at the end if you're around.
After the job. Card, Zelle, Venmo, cash, or check — whichever's easiest. We don't take payment until you've seen the work and signed off.
We come back out. If something gets missed or a result isn't what you expected, we'll re-do it before we take payment. That's the deal.
